前台職員 Super Helpful ，遇上實習生 Ms. 伊藤さん親切友善，笑容大方得體，英語日語溝通均良好。前台另外一位較年長 Senior 高廋大叔極度溫柔，有禮，慢速說日語耐心續一續一講解入住案內事項，不得不稱讃他一下，很久沒遇上這麽用心及有耐性職員。入住3天遇上2天下雨，飯店提供雨傘可外借。美榮橋站就在樓上，超方便。OTS租車美榮橋站也就在一條街左右距離。國際通出門口𨍭右10- 15分鐘到 Donki。前台職員也會協助 call TAXI，協助了我們各方面，包括行李寄存。

早餐並没有推介的＂加錢或另外付費也要吃＂的評語程度，可能抱著這心情吧，有一點點失望，只是平均洒店水平。泊車晚上11時後沒有，要注意。
