Lage war top, gleich in Bahnhofsnähe. Sehr freundliches Personal an der Rezeption und an der Bar. Innenhofgarten, der bei der Hitze sehr angenehm zum Verweilen war.

Eigentlich hat alles gepasst. Lediglich der einzige Lift war nicht gerade der Schnellste. Für die 5. Etage war dies kein "Vorteil".

Overall good hotel to stay short visit to Copenhagen

Staff member at the bar was so rude. She talked rudely at the gest and said the bar was closed long before it should have closed and only sold people that she knew at the bar but refused to sell other people!

Central location near Tivoli. Breakfast was good.

Bed allocated was far too small for two large older adults and did not correspond with photo on booking.com. Had to pay extra to get a larger bed. Would not consider hotel to be 4 star as very basic and old hotel.
