Das Personal war sehr nett u. hat mir sogar ein kostenfreies Upgrade für ein großes Zweibettzimmer zur ruhigen Seite gegeben.Zudem konnte ich auf Anfrage sogar schon gegen 12.15 h einchecken u. bekam ein kostenloses Leihfahrrad. Die Lage zum Bahnhof ( fußläufig ca. 12 Min.) und zum sehenswerten Tiergarten ist auch perfekt.Ich war rundum zufrieden!

An einer Seite war das gepolsterte Rückenteil des Bettes beschädigt ( deshalb Abzug bei der Zimmerausstattung).
