Wildlife Lodge Cahuita

El entorno del alojamiento. Las cabañas estaban muy limpias y la cama era cómoda. El desayuno que ofrecen es sencillo, pero está muy bueno.

Entiendo que son cabañas en entornos naturales y no hoteles, pero el baño estaba separado de la habitación por una cortinilla, estaría bien tener una puerta.

Un Lodge super tranquilo y apartado, lo que hace que te sientas en la naturaleza absoluta. Limpio y super agradable!!! Fernando es encantador y nos explicó todo con detalle, y los desayunos son MUY BUENOS!

Very unique and beautiful location, amazing staff, loved the medicinal plant and wildlife tour, and chocolate class. This was a wonderful and memorable part of our trip. Much more than just a place to stay, this gorgeous property has been very thoughtfully designed to bring awareness about natural medicine, sustainable and conscious living. Great for families, my kids loved it as well!

It would be great if they could extend meals to include more lunch and dinner offerings, beyond the lovely breakfast. Especially if it could include local herbs or medicinal plants from the garden. I would have also loved to have the opportunity to purchase some of the tinctures, teas or cacao to bring with us.

Our hosts Fernando and Isaac were great. Enjoyed our time roaming the gardens with its vast vegetation. It truly is a wildlife refuge, plantings of all kinds, pineapple, mangoes, bananas, etc. Fernando entertained us on a private tour of his "jungle". My wife is a gardener so they both enjoyed the setting. The breakfast was a taste of his surroundings, banana pancakes with freshly made chocolate sauce.. I could go on, but I'll just encourage you to visit.

Tons of wildlife and jungle feel

Very far from restaurants or stores (we were on foot).

Absolutely beautiful. Our favourite stay so far. The site is phenomenal - we explored the grounds and loved the nature. The staff were amazing they went above and beyond. Cabin was beautiful and totally allowed disconnection from the world. Lovely breakfast - all fresh from the garden. We loved it.

Nothing - a perfect stay!

This stay is worth it, just for the orchestra of bird, frog, and monkey sound you get to fall asleep and wake up to. The breakfasts by Diego are fantastic, featuring some elements from the surrounding gardens. The location is a bit far from cahuita for anyone who is not renting a car or bike, but worth it for the remote, natural feel. Fernando, our night tour guide and host was very welcoming and knowledgeable.
