Time & Tide Town House

Absolutely stunning, modern, and spacious. Very well kitted out with all the crockery we needed (other than a pizza cutter hah). Great location, and the lockbox was easy to use.

Having to strip the bedding after checkout. This wasn’t hard to do etc, but felt a bit unnecessary when paying for cleaning too.

Location, open plan, comfy beds, well equipped.

Garden untidy and garden furniture/cushions dirty. First floor bedroom unable to use balcony as doors locked (assume as no balcony rail). Lounge space just big enough for 6, would not recommend for 12 people, far too small. Water jugs and kitchen towels would have been useful. Check in, didn't realise 2 buttons to press on key box. Number on door says 42A not 42.

Fantastic location to enjoy Seaford and local walks along the east coast. There are some nice local pubs within 5 minutes walk, cafes and great thrift shops. We were very lucky to find a parking space outside the house which was unexpected as the house is on the High Street in a town! Lots of parking places and a carpark very close by. The local Saturday morning Park Run is along the coastal path, 5k flat route and a great turn out. The house was spotlessly clean, great kitchen facilities, comfy beds, clean linen and good number of towels. We stayed in March, weather was bright and chilly and the house was lovely and warm. Highly recommend this lovely home.

Large house with good size social room and bedrooms, clean.

Tiny tv which meant can’t all sit and watch it, messages from owner sound very direct as if you’re going to trash the place, not enough loo roll for our stay which considering the price paid - seems a bit ridiculous.

Beautiful place, amazing value for money and good location for seven sisters hike - we just drove 5 mins to the starting point. so much space and so nicely done design wise.

The accommodation was excellent, had everything you could need. Clean, spacious and there was a lovely outside area which in the summer will be a great space. Met the host who was very helpful and welcoming.
