"Very bad experience I want my money back"

Reserved it online and paid for ahead of time. We get there they tell us no they don't have nothing for us because we have dogs. On the website says it's dog friendly, when we reserved it they knew about it. We drove 150 miles out of our way to stay there. I would never recommend this site or this hotel to anybody. And I want my money back. It's still pending and it's not fair that you guys are holding on to my money

After reserving & paid in advance hey callister we can't stay there because of the dogs. I want my money back

Nice clean room. Friendly staff. Put out a good breakfast in the morning. Off the highway in a quiet area. Improvement I'd suggest is putting mini fridge in the room. Seems to be a common amenity even for budget places. Once again, tripadvisor forcing an arbitrary minimum length is bad

This inn had an excellent breakfast, really enjoyed our 2 day stay at this hotel. had excellent bed, pillows and a good shower. It was close to Laura Ingalls Wilder homestead .

Dingy old hotel, beds were very uncomfortable, hardly slept for 2 nights. Front desk staff were a little creepy, standing behind me both mornings when I was getting breakfast. Regarding breakfast, dont expect much. I stayed her only because it was close to SMORR, but I wont stay here again.
