Breakfast was ok. Wish they had more variety.

Poor breakfast selection and towels were falling apart

As we pulled into the parking lot, the grass was needing mowed. Upon entering the lobby it seemed the ac was not on/working. Our room was hot when we entered but the in room ac cooled it fairly quickly. The toilet ran constantly, the shower curtain had spots of mold, and one of the sheets had burn holes.

Property has declined, had to ask for service to get new towels and trash emptied after 2nd day of stay. Outside near entrance had trash, old silk flowers, and junk everywhere. Breakfast was very sparce, only waffles, some cereals and bread.

Overall good experience, clean, affordable and the staff was ver accommodating . The breakfast bar could use some upgrades.
