The hotel was clean and great. I checked out a day early because of business. Do I get a new receipt from hotels.com for the stay ?

No syrup for the waffles. The room could have used a good dusting. The bed was comfortable. Was a good overnight stay.

Had to go to Walmart to get Clorox wipes for the shower. It had brown stuff all in it. There was also a plunger in a walmart sack in there. Shower curtain was disgusting. Furniture in the room hadn’t been dusted in a while. They basically had nothing for breakfast (waffles with no syrup, white bread and cereal). Staff was friendly but that’s the only bright side.

"Waterloo is a small town. If you are looking for luxury this is not it. Just good sleep."

This was my second stay here and the staff is super friendly and helpful. Hotel could use some updating but it served my purposes and was quiet in the hallways. No slaming doors. I have relatives in town and it works for me. Clean beds etc. Windows that open for fresh air and easy in and out. This is not a fancy hotel but has a homey feel.

There did not seem to be an option for a tub bath but that was ok.
