Americas Best Value Inn Smackover

Not on par with the rest of the Red Lion Chain of hotels. Below standard room cleanliness. No late checkout available. Front desk day & morning were pleasant, night desk was not. Cleaning staff were accommodating and very courteous.

Was great staying there. Friendly staff

Staff was friendly. Carpet could use some cleaning, and could use some furniture upgrades, but room & hotel was clean and in a safe area with good open space. This was great for us because we were staying with dogs. On the downside, no food delivery, or local stores. Really only one place to eat. Everything else is a 20 minute drive. However, for the price & the spacious room, I would stay again.

Need to add hot food to breakfast

It was a good stay over all. Clean rooms and good service. Only bad thing is the hotel only has a convenient store across the highway and a car dealership beside it. You have to drive to Camden or El Dorado for food or activities.

All I can say this place it was great. Quiet, not crowded, comfortable, safe, met ur needs, prices was affordable,

The things that bothered me was breakfast cut off time and there was no late checkout available. As far as the towels? A joke! No lotion, one bar of soap already opened. No shower caps just a bottle of shampoo!!

It is the average motel but was clean and very comfortable. We would stay here again.

We stayed in this hotel twice over the past year. It was clean and comfortable. Our stay this last week was disappointing. I requested a smoke free, pet free room. When we entered our room, the smell of bleach was overwhelming. After airing the room out, the smell of pet urine (cat) was obvious. I would have requested another room but the motel was fully booked. We stayed, but will look elsewhere next time we visit the area. Also, breakfast was not very inviting. Door facing in the bathroom were rusty-looking.
