Super Lage, ruhig und doch schnell überall, sehr freundliche Gastgeber, Essen war echt top und das Frühstück sehr lecker, saubere und schöne Zimmer. Gerne wieder! Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

"Hotel gesloten bij aankomst . Sleutel zou ergens in een vensterbank moeten liggen . Hier waren wij niet van op de hoogte"

Hotel gesloten bij aankomst. je moet blijkbaar ruiken dat de sleutel ergens buiten ligt en er een papiertje bij zit met een mobiel nummer.. dit wordt van te voren niet met je gecommuniceerd. netjes een mail u bent welkom van 16:00 bij aankomst allesdonker waarna je dus een speurtocht moet gaan houden op zoek naar de sleutel. na contact gezocht te hebben met telefoon nummer uit de boekings gegevens krijg je geen gehoor. naderhand netjes een verzoek gedaan om kosten niet in rekening te brengen worden afgewimpeld. zeeeer slechte service en klantvriendelijkheid . kunnen zich niet inleven in de klant. waardeloos pension

inlevingsvermogen van gasten . on te gemoed komen met kosten. geen overnachting . niet geslaagd voor de speurtocht wel betalen. schandalig.. ook booking.com is niet thuis en geeft geen gehoor.
