very clean rooms, soft beds, accommodating and kind staff, silent during sleep hours, a block from the city hall, third floor was an open space with a kitchen, walking distance to all the local tour agencies.

The staff were so helpful. I left my bag in a taxi and they sorted the whole thing out. They also allowed us to check in to our room hours before check in time and leave our luggage there after check out.

I like it that it's very spacious and it has its own toilet and bath with hot and cold shower. It's also few minutes walk to pharmacies, convenience stores, church, wharf, and the center itself.

I liked that the resort is a little bit away from all the touristic action. It is located in the center of General Luna, while most of the others are more outside. The balconcy was very spacious, which made it easier to find a place not directly in the sun in the afternoon.

The only place without a bottle of water in the room upon arrival. The rooms are only cleaned upon request

Centrally located, close to restaurants. Very helpful and attentive staff, specially Vina.

Easy to get to and clean

Got to the property waited at reception no one was there for approx 20 mins and I never say the receptionist again the time I was there. I found a list of numbers with different services however no way to contact them because they didn’t have WhatsApp so unless on phone contract or pay as you go which I don’t I only have a data package so have no way to contact the people on the list. The Room was too hot poor air conditioning and WiFi was terrible. The power cut off several times, once it cutoff at approx 1am the time I woke up because it was to hot there was no power and the fridge with the small freezer tray in it had defrosted and water was in the fridge. I waited a couple of hours for power to come back on, even waited outside of room because it was cooler till 4am, then I decided I had had enough and went to check out two days one night early however had left key at empty reception and left. I messaged the property on booking.com and never got a reply back.

Sentro Suites property is safe, clean, and has a very friendly and knowledgeable on-duty staff. This property is walking distance to restaurants and bars. It is also walking distance to the Island Tours offices. Special, THANK YOU!!! to Vina. You are such an amazing staff member in that hotel. I would absolutely go back and stay in the future.

Location, close to everything and walkable to bars and restaurants , Nice to have a kettle and free water refills, Clean good sized room and good aircon Staff and owner very friendly and helpful and sorted out moped hire for a good price

Only the wifi, you keep having to log in if you don’t use internet for a few minutes ( starlink) but good once you log in
