The location of the property was perfect for our vacation needs.

Everything was great!

The condo was nice with decent pool and close to the beach, but that could not overcome working with the condo's management group.

I stay in booking.com locations regularly, this was not a good experience. I rated it a 3 solely because of the management. This management group was TERRIBLE to work with. They required us to fill out multiple rental agreements, canceled our booking, gave conflicting information, rebooked us but then said their policy couldn't take our same payment method, made check-in overly complex requiring to meet face-to-face only to provide a code. They were incredibly rude (Maya), made things overly difficult requiring multiple follow-up calls and texts on our end, and then they ended up screwing up the reservation. After at least a dozen communications with them about reserving their condo, we arrive and another couple knocks on our door to tell us they are booked in the same condo. Until the owners find a new management company, I would not recommend this place.

The hot pool not refreshing at all. The ac makes a loud popping noise every time it comes on. Pull out a pain

great location. Across the street from beach between public access walkways. perfect size for a family of 4.

the unit is on the 2nd floor with no elevator. lugging strollers and gear upstairs was a bit of a pain. the WiFi was almost unusable, except early morning. Because the WiFi was unsecured (no password needed), dozens of users were hitting it all day.

Great access to the beach

Couldn’t get into the room any earlier than 4. Outside furniture was old and outside couch was almost broke you couldn’t sit in it. Bed was semi hard. Hair dryer doesn’t work. Tv in living room doesn’t work. Needs a major update. Was not the same as in the pictures.
