- very good communication with the host - clear instructions for self check-in, was easy and hassle free - location is unbeatable, a couple mins walk to the main attractions - kettle, tea, coffee, fridge in the room

- didn’t feel 100% clean as there was dust and clumps of someone’s hair and old contact lenses on the floor - the room felt quite damp and there was mold on the bathroom ceiling - it would be nicer to just give spare towels for guest to put on the floor in the bathroom. instead of having some gray bath mat that didn’t feel clean (you’re not sure if it’s replaced for every guest or if it’s getting washed or not)
