Fantastyczna lokalizacja, po wyjściu z budynku widać krzywą wieżę, blisko do dworca oraz lotniska. Dookoła sporo restauracji z fajnym jedzeniem. Spokojna okolica.

Pokoje nie są wygłuszone przez co słychać wszystkie hałasy z zewnątrz.

"Brilliant location, very welcoming host. Comfortable beds. Good shower. Definitely recommend!"

Perfect location, very close to Pisa Tower. Also close to the train station and many shops on the way (25 minutes walk to train station). Many restaurants nearby. Able to leave luggage for collection later. Great external shutters to keep light away for a good sleep. Also a very quiet area (at least at night as weren’t there during the day).

Would be nice to have some coffee in the room, only had herbal tea bags and a couple of sachet of decaffeinated coffee. Not a huge issue just a nice to have.

The location is outstanding and the owner, Maurizio, is awesome. He was extremelly nice all the time.

Only two things: 1- The heating was making noise when it was working. 2- Someone entered to clean the room when we were not there and when we did not ask for this. Everything was ok, but sorry, I Did not like that and I think that it is important to ask before entering the room. But apart of these details, the rest was awesome

"Excellent location for the tower, very helpful owner and very clean, well looked after room."

It was easy to enter the building as the owner sends you very clear and easy to follow instructions. It was also in the perfect location to see the Leaning Tower of Pisa.

The only negative was the noise of the pipes when toilets were flushing but nothing can be done about it as it’s what to expect with old buildings.
