Ban Car Hotel

Just what I needed for a night stop. Cheap. I had to shut the window as there was an aircon unit or generator huming outside, but otherwise OK. I was in two minds whether to take breakfast, but when I came down at about 8:15 there was no sign of life, so I just left

My first visit here and I really enjoyed it, a big comfy bed and room, & nice views. The food was excellent and I will return here again.

Breakfast was excellent with gluten free options as was dinner with plenty choice.

The room was very large and very comfortable. It had all we could need. The food for dinner and breakfast was exceptional. All the staff we meet were very helpful and welcomingm

Staff were extremely helpful and friendly and the food was really good.

If I'm being picky, the TV screen in my room was small.

The whole experience was great, the friendly welcome on arrival, each and every one of the staff made you feel as welcome as one of their family. The whole place was very, very clean. Food choice and quality was perfect. Prices were very competitive, I was expecting a much bigger bill!! I am sure we will be back if the Angels allow it. Well Done to everybody at the Ban Car.

Made breakfast early for us (on Sunday) so that we could get a 9am departure which was very much appreciated

Bar area is public bar so a little noisy, other bar area is just a dining area.

Lovely hotel in quiet location, spotlessly clean spacious room with comfy bed and nice bedding. Staff very welcoming. Food was delicious, i had dinner and also breakfast the next morning, both very reasonably priced. I would highly recommend this hotel and will definitely stay again if I'm in the area.
