I asked to not have an adjoining room and was told there weren't any on property. We were assigned an adjoining room. Only 1 of the 2 elevators worked. Every piece of metal in the hotel had rust stains. 1 of the 3 lights in the bathroom continuously turned on and off. The tub faucet never stopped leaking. Lost about half a gallon per hour. Could hear talking from next door rooms. Actual conversations. Charged an additional 10$ resort fee. I stayed 1 night, unclear if it's 10$ per night.

Very easy to check in and out. Staff, especially Heta and Juana were very helpful. Pool and spa very nice and clean. Close to parks. Breakfast was good.

Wish hours for breakfast were longer. Like til 10 am.

"I will not stay here again because of the smell in the room."

The room was clean, and the free breakfast options were good.

The air seemed to kick off at night and it got very hot. There was a mildew smell upon entering the room every time. There were times when we approached the front desk, and no one was there. It took up to 2 minutes one time for someone to come out of a side office and help us.
