The room was clean and spacious, and the staff was friendly.

I was charged twice for my room. You guys charged my card two days before I arrived, and on the day we arrived, Booking.com charged my card again. The problem is that when I inquired at the desk, the only charge your records showed at the moment was the one Best Western made. I filed a claim with my bank and sent them proof of the double payment. I am awaiting a resolution. I have asked the front desk for an invoice 3 times via email and have received no response. Although I like the hotel, I am hesitant to return or recommend it to my family and friends because my requests for an invoice have gone unanswered. Some response from the hotel would be great.
