Me gusto que esta padre, la alberca ,las instalaciones y super felicitación al señor que nos despidió en la salida del estacionamiento... fue muy amable y con muchas ganas de regresar por su buen mensaje de buen viaje....felicidades Don...

Que no me respetaron la tarifa de booking de 1300 la noche me salieron que mi hijo de 16 años se cobrara como extra porque no aplicaba algo asi el pinto que otras cosas extras y termine pagando 1800 aproximadamente... eso no me gustó mucho pero pues ya estaba ahi

Me encantó mi estancia en este hotel. Desde la llegada, la recepción y la atención de bienvenida hacen que uno se sienta muy bien recibido. El lobby es hermoso y transmite una excelente primera impresión. Disfrutamos mucho la alberca y el desayuno, ambos fueron excelentes. Las habitaciones son amplias, cómodas y muy agradables, además de ser sorprendentemente silenciosas durante la noche, lo que permite un gran descanso. Otro punto a destacar es la ubicación, ya que nos permitió llegar caminando a un centro comercial cercano, algo muy práctico para quienes viajan en familia. Elegimos este hotel por su cercanía a una sede de evento nacional de esgrima y agradezco la estancia que tuvimos con ustedes. Brindaron un espacio ideal para el descanso de nuestro hijo y el desayuno perfecto para su desempeño en la competencia.

Mi única observación está relacionada con el diseño interior y la iluminación. Las habitaciones son cómodas, amplias y silenciosas, pero visualmente se perciben un poco desactualizadas. Asimismo, la iluminación de las habitaciones y de la alberca podría aprovecharse mucho mejor para crear una experiencia más atractiva y acorde con la arquitectura del hotel. Son detalles que tienen un impacto importante en la percepción del espacio.
