El servicio, la atención calida, esmerada y atenta de todo el personal. Las instalaciones limpias, seguras y funcionales. Los jardines hermosos y bien cuidados.. cuenta con estacionamiento y valet parking.

La calidad de los alimentos. El costo es alto en relación con la variedad, la limpieza, el sabor y calidad de los mismos. Comer ahi no es recomendable. El lugar es agradable pero los alimentos no 😔.

El hotel es muy bello, las habitaciones son amplias, el personal es muy amable, sobre todo el equipo del estacionamiento nos recibió y despidió de manera muy grata y amena, nos hicieron sentir muy cómodos

Es la 2da vez que me quedo en el hotel y en lo personal en esta o acasion la habitación no fue muy de mi agrado. El baño se nos tapo, la luz se fue en 2 ocasiones, el ruido de los huéspedes del piso de arriba era bastante fuerte e incomodo (pisadas, movían muebles, tiraban cosas) y el baño la regadera se encuentra a un costado del inodoro pero esta no tiene puerta, por lo que al bañarse todo el agua se sale, moja parte del baño, ell papel como el inodoro y lo vuelve incómodo
