Super Motel Granite Falls

Clock in room did not work, refrigerator was loud, whiney and distracting when it would kick in and run for minutes

area around the air conditioner was falling apart. Outside doors do not lock.

Immediately upon arrival after I paged someone to the front desk I was made to feel guilty by the front desk agent. He gave me a long, barely audible rant about how I am not showing up in their system because I booked online. Then he complained that I am getting a cheaper than normal rate . This hotel is dirty, carpets in the hall are nasty. Received maid service only one of the three days.

Very disappointed-room was outdated-fridge made loud noises and smelled horrible when I went to use it. Carpet was stained and very dirty. Tub caulking was black with mold. Bed was filthy.

Property was border line dirty and needs remodeling or replacement.

Not clean! Curtains, sheets and blankets dirty and/or stained. Comforter had cig burns. Pool was green and had a film on top. The nonsmoking room smelled like smoke.

The room was untidy, the pool was half filled with no explanation, everything overall was disgusting, I almost requested a refund, I am very upset with the money I spent here.

I stopped to check in about 3:15. Used the bell to get someone to the desk and it took about 15 minutes before anyone come. Then the person wasn't able to find my reservation, even with the confirmation number!! My room was at the end of a hall with an outside door nearby. That door did not have a handle on or even be able to lock!! I felt uneasy with the capability of someone being able to enter at any time or night!! Went down for breakfast and they only had toast, dry cereal and milk. I asked if this was the breakfast advertised and was given the excuse they did not have a commercial kitchen to prepare anything else. I left, very disgusted with the property and would not recommend this facility.

The employee that checked us 8n was very efficient. They advert8sed breakfast, but there was nothing and no one at the front desk.
