Staff was very nice, albeit limited. Probably worth less than what they charge.

Beds are atrociously painful to sleep on, the elevator was broken and every day the fire alarm went off around 9-10am with a false alarm which is just the worst. Their vending machines are basically empty, in my room half the plugs didn't work. They are also renovating the building, so it's a bit messy from that. Also, they have bathtubs, but no faucet, so it's shower only :( And the rooms do not have a mini fridge. I stayed for 2 nights and got such a horrible pinched nerve in my arm that I could barely sleep without popping 4 midol. Also each bed only has 2 pillows???? And they are bad pillows. But the fire alarm takes the cake. For a night it's about 30$ but it's probably worth *maybe* 20$. So, if you don't wanna spend a lot of money and are fine having your sleep interrupted by false fire alarms every day, don't mind using the stairs, and have no fear of suspiciously slow opening elevators, you'll probably have a blast.

Everything there was bed bugs on the bed and the mattress looked like it was taken from the trash

Disaster will never stay again. No towels change no toilet paper. Shower has no pressure only dtipping.
