離米子車站不遠，而且有免費停車場，對於自駕或搭JR來的都很方便。而且飯店旁邊就有超市跟松本清藥妝店，購物補貨都非常方便，附近可以選擇的餐廳有吉野家跟其他家庭餐廳，或者可以去不遠的AEON裡面找吃的，總之地點跟周邊都算便利。

房間稍有點年代感，但還不至於到陳舊。
