"Disappointing, Unpleasant and never going back there"

Unfortunately, the team members I interacted with were rude and unhelpful, and there was a clear lack of professionalism and willingness to assist.

the beds were extremely uncomfortable. Very hard and the pillows were also hard and provided no comfort at all

I liked the service and treats at New Year's Eve. Great view of Liberty Square.

At times cleaners come early in morning to clean, which disturbed my sleep.
