Very lovely property. Beds were perfectly comfortable Room darking curtains a plus. very, very clean. noon check out awesome.

Not knowing which door from outside is closest to your room. It could definitely be a security issue to list outside, I understand, but it would have helped. The signs are great once you are inside. breakfast closed at 10, so we missed it.

there is no Internet impulse TVs in a bedroom and in the living room and I try to reach out the front desk to send the engineer. They don’t even respond to me and I spent a night without no Internet TV. It was my wife’s birthday.

I loved my room it was spacious and I loved the little kitchen. Great room

The employee at the front desk was kind of rude. She just kept saying comments that I feel like we're inappropriate. And she was making it difficult for my friend to check in her room even though she paid for the room she just wasn't explaining it clear about the card process works. It's like us asking questions for her to actually explain the right way. I had a few friends staying at the hotel and they were saying I didn't want to go to a lady and asked for a new key card if I lost it or needed anything because she seemed rude. Later in the evening there was a man at the front desk who was great he was finally very informative.

The staff were amazing very kind and helpful

My key wouldn’t work for my room door, it did work for the entrance doors. An In order to have my key work for my room it wouldn’t be able to work for the entrance or any other door

Check in was easy. Staff was exceptional.
