I booked this through Expedia, which was a mistake. To their credit, I had to leave early and I was able to get a refund. But I also received a $250 charge and no explanation. I have emailed back-and-forth with Expedia over 10 times And they are running me in circles. I’ve called residence in myself and they know nothing about this charge. I have provided screenshots of my credit card and I am still just getting ran around in circles. I don’t see myself using an Expedia anymore. As far as this hotel, it was just OK.

I love that the property is close to restaurants, shopping, etc.

I had booked a suite but when I arrived I was told it wasn't available. However, when I contacted Cooperate the room was available.
