Good place to stay

Great stay … We had to check in way to early because drive through the night from Austin , TX and they accommodated us so that we didn’t have to sleep in our car until our available check in Thank you so much

Elevator has been out of order for more than a month but we were not informed there would be stairs for us and our belongings. As older Americans, this was a hardship and we would have selected a different site. The site appears to be refreshed and our room and breakfast were great. The stairs are a deal breaker. We are mildly impaired for stairs, had we been handicapped, we would have been stranded without a place to be at 9 pm. Not acceptable. Upon checkout we were offered a minor discount. We wpuld have pteferred to have someone carry our belongings upstairs or use of any service elevator on the property. The site sent us a confirnation for our stay but did not advise us of the outage.

Very clean. Elevator was down but otherwise a good experience

Hotel was very clean and staff was friendly. Long line at check in and I felt there could have been additional help to speed up the check-in process. Their elevator was down, but we were fortunate enough to have a ground floor. Rooms were nice but either not very soundproof or guests at this hotel are abnormally loud. You could hear every door shutting in the hallway starting before 6am even with a sound machine on.

It's veey clean. some towel not duty but looks tood old color. In front desk so kindess. About breakfast was so tasty and bery care of clean. Thank you

Elevator was not working. Didn’t know until we got there. Room was clean. Biggest issue was the lukewarm shower, when turned all the way to “hot”. Total with taxes was $171. I expect a hot shower for that.
