Room was clean, the bed was comfy, quiet location, had Free breakfast with waffles and sausage, eggs

Scrambled eggs were dry and overcooked, The spa tub wasn't working during our 4 days stay...

The pool was dirty and very cold, shampoo and conditioner bottles were empty,

Location. Great view of the mountains and valley.

No elevator!

The hotel is around a 5 minute drive to East Allen Street, where many activities are located. The staff was extremely friendly and suggested places to see and activities to do. The room was very clean and fresh and included a microwave and mini fridge. The staff assisted with our luggage to our room located on the second floor. On the evening of our arrival, the hotel offered to show the movie Tombstone, since one person in my party had never seen it. It made for a very nice evening activity. Overall a great and memorable trip.

They only have stairs. Granted, there are only 2 floors but this was completely unexpected and something I didn't even think about. One person in my party requires assistance walking, so going up and down the stairs was a bit of a challenge, as was the luggage. We were offered a room on the first floor (very much appreciated) however, we declined due to rooms on the first floor are assigned to guests with pets.
