The staff were friendly and professional

I left with multiple bed bug bites from room 111 on from the night of Friday October 10, 2025. It was also highly disappointing to have a window that was permanently screwed closed, very stuffy in the room.

We arrived late, around 10:00 pm, and had no trouble finding parking. After ringing the bell at the front desk, a staff member showed up right away. We paid with a debit card, so a cash deposit was required (around $200–$300). The room was great and the bed very comfortable. The TV signal wasn’t working at first, but after we informed the front desk, a staff member came within 5 minutes to replace the HDMI cable, and it worked perfectly after that. Breakfast was simple but included hot options. Check-out took about 5 minutes; they quickly checked the room and returned our cash deposit. The hotel is centrally located, making the location very convenient. The staff is very kind and nice. I would definitely stay here again.

The location and staff were amazing. So kind and welcoming.

The bedding smelled stale and the odor in the room irritated the nose. As a result we tossed and turned. Popped open a window but woke at 2 am because the room was cold. The bathroom wasn’t cleaned properly so left without showering.
