This is an older building. The floor squeaked loudly whenever the occupants walked across it. Rather annoying in the middle of the night. Breakfast nook was very small. Check in system was "down" upon arrival.
Arrived late and were told would need to change from reserved room to “dog-friendly” room. This room did not have working cable or bed pillows
The staff was very kind and knowledgeable. I asked for a close room to the front due to this trip being a solo travel. They were very kind and accommodating. My room was clean with all amenities.
Great pool & hot tub (indoor) that stayed open late, which I always appreciate but rarely find.
