It is what it is. A cheap inn/hotel. It was fine but not for families. It was just me passing through looking for something simple. It didn’t have a bed comforter though and while when I checked in I likely could’ve got one I couldn’t later on. Some broken trim and it’s old but did the trick

The 1 time I should have trusted the previous reviews! Unpon arrival, no one at front desk so we called the number and the portable phone was sitting right there, no one even had it. We ended up calling the complaints only number just to get someone in FL! Finally someone came out, we were tired so willing to let that go. Headed down the hall and the smell in the halls was so bad we couldn't even figure out what it was! Finally made it to our room and it was FREEZING, there was no heat on in the room, it was 29° outside. I was over it all and we left. Of course no one at front desk so we just left out card. And now the hotel doesn't want to refund us our money back!! Stop yourself, do NOT stay here!!

First time ever we didn't see a customer service person the whole time we were there. We did have reservations. Upon arriving there was a note to please call this # which we did, spoke to a person who told us where we could find our room key which worked well. Obviously someone had set out breakfast in the am but again we saw no one just placed the room key on the lobby desk when leaving. Enjoyed the heat lamp in the BR, nice frig and comfy bed and pillows. Towels on the thin side. Roomy room except for the bathroom. No real butter only 'European style blended butter'. Orange juice tasted off but apple juice and rest of breakfast was good..

Took 45 minutes to check in to a dirty room and 15 minutes for it to be cleaned with no top sheet or comforter Waited 15 minutes at the front desk for someone to come check us in Wanted to leave but the check in person didn't know how to issue the refund which was charged to us through Expedia and again at the site TERRIBLE!

Room was good. Beds were comfy. Overall good. Only issue was house keeper stole money out of my room. Was told that person was fired.

No Internet, no coffee pot, no drinking glass, faucets barely functioned office computer not working upon arrival

Room was very clean & cozy. Staff was amazing! We will definitely stay here again if we are in the area.😊

Not a great place to stay. We showed up at 1030 pm and door was open. The room was not clean. Claimed to have free breakfast and there was none. Would not book there again.

I think I would have felt more safe and comfortable if my husband and I stayed in our car. There was no one around to check us in, other room doors were wide open with a strong smell of cigarettes and marijuana. Very sketchy people hanging out in the parking lot. There was nothing available at the "free breakfast" and the garbage cans were overflowing with stinky garbage, spilling onto the floor. I didn't even want to take a shower or use the toilet because the bathroom was so dirty.

I have nothing positive to say about this facility! Dirty and smelled of smoke even though it was a smoke free facility! Cigarette burn marks on many surfaces ti the room. The first room they gave me was dirty and the linens had not been changed. Urine left in toilet so bathroom had not been cleaned! No tissue and only a quarter roll of toilet paper. The windows look like they hadn’t been cleaned for months. Carpets had not been vacuumed. Air conditioner was held together with painters tape. The room smelled bad. No soap or shampoo. No coffee for the coffee maker. Refrigerator was dirty and drinks from previous occupants were still in it. The microwave was dirty and smelled like burnt popcorn. Door stop had fallen off the door and was lying on the floor! The second room I moved to was an improvement but the carpet had not been vacuumed. The bathtub was so slick on the bottom I almost fell. Had to use a towel in order to stand and take shower. They offered a news paper at the desk but the same ones were there from I checked in and never updated they were 10 days old !! Not much to chose from at their breakfast that was included. The staff said they were having to use their own money to keep it supplied. Grounds were unkempt…tall weeds, broken down furniture and litter all around. Ice machine stopped working three days before I left so I had to go get my own ice at the gas four blocks down the road!! I stayed there two years ago and it has become a dump!!
