We liked the use of the luggage trolley, the view from our room was lovely, good size room, comfy bed, the fridge was good.

The access to the parking was very difficult. There was just one coffee and one can of water in the room, despite there being 2 of us.

La cena muy buena calidad y bien cocinado todo muy rico pero tardan muchísimo en servir 2 horas debido al poco personal que van a fuego.

Para ser de 4 estrellas poca cosa en el desayuno y poca calidad, para la cena poco personal trabajan mucho solo 2 personas para todo el comedor no dan servido nos tuvimos que ir sin comer el postre.

le petit déjeuner est moyen les oeufs brouillés étaient froids ainsi que le lard la vue sur le gave et le petit balcon très agréable l'emplacement est super non loin de l'entrée du sanctuaire le parking sécurisé

un rafraîchissement de l'hôtel serait nécessaire les portes d'ascenseur sont écaillées
