It was a staycation for us and it was just a relaxing and enjoyable treat staying at this property. The room was spotless and the bed was super comfortable. We dine in the jazz lounge and had a wonderful evening. Great atmosphere!

"Dissapointing"

The service was some of the worst I have ever seen, from trying to charge us for parking when free options exist, to having our food brought to our table and then removed from us without a proper reason or consent to asking for milk for coffee in the room and being given sugar instead. We were very dissapointed in the service in every aspect.
