"An ideal place to stay in Tours for Chateau visits by car. Train connections via station only100m"

Great position for train travel. Parking also good for a small to medium car for about 10 euros. Supermarket just around the corner. Easy connections for motorway. Very good breakfast including GF options.

Air con only went down to 19C which in the warmer months might be a touch too high.

"Hotel à l'ambiance cinéma très agréable, personnel disponible et aimable, et chambres confortables."

Déco très sympa, personnel à l'écoute et disponible alors que nous sommes arrivés tard. Le parking est juste petit pour les grandes voitures, mais très appréciable.

"pas mal mais peu mieux faire pour le prix."

Chambre agréable et lit super comfort. La petite terrasse est un grand plus L'hotel est calme et bien insonorisé

Arrêtez de confier le nettoyage à des sous traitants qui pressent leur personnel de manière excessive, c'est évident que ces pauvres gens n'ont pas le temps de gérer les détails, iels font l'essentiel (très bien) mais les petits coins passent à la trappe. Il y a un manque d'entretien sur des peintures. Le personnel d'accueil a trop de tâches annexes et n'est pas bien formé. Les toilettes sont trop basses et presque inaccessibles pour des PMR. Il manque des poignées d'appui, et de sécurité dans la douche.

Le changement des serviettes de toilette, nous avons eu la même serviette durant trois jours sur quatre.

Pratique près de la gare et du centre mais en arrivant, on a été un peu surpris de l’e terreur et de la rue. Surprise vite dissipée par la qualité de l’intérieur et le confort
