Ambience and Cleanliness of Hotel

One area for improvement is to strictly prohibit smoking inside the swimming pool. During our stay, some guests were smoking while in the pool, which was uncomfortable for non-smokers and inappropriate, especially with children using the same pool. To ensure a pleasant and family-friendly environment, smoking should only be allowed in designated smoking areas away from the pool.

المسبح كله شباب ومصخره كعائله ما اخذت راحتنا وبعد المسبح انا واطفالي صار فينا حساسيه بالجسم بمعنى ان مو نظيف غير ان العاملين صوب المسبح بغيت اتهاوش معاهم فوق الساعه بس عشان احد ايي حق طلبي كل واحد يدزني عالثاني تجربه لن تتكرر مع هالفندق
