When we arrived to the hotel we approached the staff and were given attitude as the fact that we were there too early for check-in. When we just wanted to ask a question. When we finally got checked in we notice that the current was dirty and the part of the door where you place the key card was burnt. When we got into the hotel we notice that the door was missing the extra security latch. We felt uncomfortable and asked front desk if we could change rooms to what the lady said, “this is a safe area, and we are too busy to change your room” overall it felt unsafe. We could understand that they may have been busy but they could have understood our concerns.

The Burbank Inn and Suites was exactly the accommodations I needed! I was going to be competing at an equestrian event at the Los Angels Equestrian Center and a friend recommended that I make reservations at the Burbank Inn and Suites. I am very grateful for their recommendation and I am very glad that I took their advice. The location is very close to the Equestrian Center and very close to businesses that I would need for supplies, as well as having a close proximity to various dining options - from established eateries, Thai, Chinese, Russian, Italian and Mexican restaurants - to fast food and even grocery stores. The Burbank Inn and Suites is a clean, safe, quiet, secure and well managed property. The rooms are very clean, well furnished and have ample closet space. The bathrooms are modern and spacious. the beds are very comfortable and the pillows are awesome and fluffed daily. There are ample outlets for chargers and devices. The housekeeping staff is excellent! I was especially appreciative of the observance of "quiet hours" by other guests - it made it easier for me to get the rest I needed. Because equestrian competition can begin very early in the morning and continue well into the evening hours, I was very appreciate of the ample parking available and that the parking lot was well lit and I felt very secure. The management was most gracious and interested in my lodging experience. The price point for the room was very good. I am most happy to recommend this location to other friends and family who will be visiting this area. In future when I travel back to Burbank, I will most definitely make my reservation to stay at the Burbank Inn and Suites. Andria K. Santa Paula, California
