"The hotel was very clean and the staff was excellent."

The breakfast was good. There was a good selection of fruit, juice, and protein. The waffle station was a hit for the boys., We knew there was no pool, but there was no other place to gather with friends on the site.

It seemed troublesome to have to ask for towels each day. We were at a baseball tournament, and the boys needed them each day. The spa room was good, but with no ventilation, it was very hot. The spa thermometer said 104 but it seemed hotter than that to us, and we have a spa.

they had exactly the room available we needed, and it had a microwave. it was so insanely cheap and easy, and the staff were so wonderful! when we visit the bay again we will be staying here again

"The hotel was clean and conveniently located but the room amenities were not taken care of."

The bed was comfortable and clean. The room had plenty of space and refrigerator was nice.

The shampoo and conditioner bottles were basically empty - obviously used. Coffee packages of creamer were opened and missing stirers. USB ports on bedside left side table did not work.

Rooms are quiet and spacious. Liked the handicap bars around the stool and tub, but tub was too tall to be considered handicapped accessible. Have stayed here before, will definitely stay here, again.

The staff was very friendly. Parking was amazing!! Location was perfect.

The food. The breakfast was terrible. The eggs were definitely not real eggs. The spa was closed.
