Atelier 1 Apartment

Petar, the host, was very nice and tried to help us when we needed it.

The apartment is located in the basement, not on the ground floor.

Perfect location - walking distance from everything. Parking included.. There was an iron which I always appreciate when traveling.

Great Place, all what you Need for a long and short stay. Central Place near you can find anything from shops, bars restaurants. Petar and Milica are very kind people!

it’s a good value for money service: you are staying right in the heart of the old city; everything is close to your view. the apartment has everything what you need for your staying (small kitchen, dishes, etc.)

it’s a underground floor and it was a little bit humid (maybe because of the weather) and noisy for me. and it’s a hard to find, so it’s better to call the host

Everything was so perfect, great people, perfect welcome ! The place is cozy, but at the same time in the very city center, not far away from major Belgrade monuments and places one should visit.

It is not as described. the appartment is not at ground level but underground with a minimum of day light. it is dirty not being clean for a long time. we asked about the possibility to get an earlier check in and got a negative answer due to other guests were staying the nigth before and they needed 2 hours to clean. the owner/manager arrived late to the check in time and we still had to wait another 20 minutes while he was cleaning the room. it was the worse place we have stayed out of more than 15 others around Servia.
