The location is perfect, city center.

the apartment is on the underground level, no natural light, but plenty of lamps. The kitchen is minimalistic, do not count to cook there.

The location is very good and the owner is very friendly.

There was a strong musty smell in the hallway. We did not feel it in the room which was ok.

Good apartment, the owner was nice and helpful, no complaints about the place

There was no toilet left and since we saw that in 1am it was kind of a struggle to find a place to buy from.

The location is exceptional, the bed is comfy and the sheets clean, there is an excellent air conditioner, the building is in a secure place and the neighbourhood is relatively calm. The noise from the street is almost undetectable in the apartment.

First of all it is listed as ground floor, but it is actually in the basement/souterrain of an old apartment building, which you reach down a very steep staircase. There are windows but the above ground space is too small for any light or air to come in, so you must be content with artificial light and the AC. The apartment needs a good cleaning and a fresh coat of paint. Then maybe the moldy scent in the apartment will disappear. All the dishes in the kitchen were sticky and the stove aswell, so we didn't use any of them. The bathroom is moldy especially in the shower.
