"Lovely breakfast, and staff. Out of the hustle or main Krakow, sleep quality was disappointing."

Breakfast was good, although in a different hotel next door. Staff always friendly. We had issues in the room, 1 was rectified immediately, the other was rectified when we changed rooms.

The beds for us were very uncomfortable. The AC did not seem to work properly. The bulbs in the lights would flicker. If there was a safe or a fridge in the room, that would have made the stay a little better. We had a issue where someone nearby was tuning their car for 3 hours at midnight. The sound reverberated around the while area. This was not the hotels fault, but because the AC was not working correctly, we had to have window open.
