Extended Stay America Premier Suites - San Francisco - Belmont

Worked well for our business trip

I stayed at Extended Stay America Premier Suites San Francisco - Belmont with my son, and we had a wonderful experience. The hotel is clean, comfortable, and very easy and practical. What stood out was the warm and attentive service. I especially want to thank Kirsten, the manager, who went out of her way to make sure we felt welcomed and well taken care of. Her kindness and professionalism made a real difference. I truly appreciate the excellent hospitality and would recommend this hotel.

This is not a place where a female traveling alone should stay

The staff was outrageously rude and targeted their frustration on the most vulnerable guests

To be fair, I have never stayed at extended stay.. and never will again. Property was right next to Freeway, and very noisy. Room only gets cleaned if you ask for it. The smell from people cooking was awful. For the price, it was not what I expected. Staff were very friendly however.

This is a home away from home.

Room was clean, parking was easy.

I am surprised this hotel is quieter than what I thought although it is close to the highway. The price was affordable, and I got all I needed.

My room was not clean, there were crumbs and hair on the floor of the bathroom when I arrived. The furniture was scuffed and tattered and the chair had patches on it. Walls are paper thin and my neighbors were up talking loudly until 2:30 am so I got very little sleep.

Hotel is clean and close to the freeway, airport. Also easy ride to San Francisco.The staff is friendly and very helpful.
