Deer Park Inn

Only along the highway.

The room is so dusty and smell cigarette smoke. I can’t stand it.

It was easy to find.

Our room door didn’t lock and I was told “ it’s safe here and your probably fine” instead of finding a solution to our issue, the ac unit pulled in all the cigarette smoke from the next door all night, the top of the toilet was missing a huge chunk out of it, when the bathroom fan was on it smelled of weed everywhere. I was very uncomfortable having my kids there.

Centrally located. Easy to find. Friendly staff.

Rooms were a bit dated. But they were clean and beds were super comfy.

The staff are very curteous and friendly.

The room was a non-smoking room...but it was putrid with the smell of stale smoke.

Old room with dirty ac unit and gross carpet. The furniture was old and beat up

The room was nice, very relaxing.

Room was like walking into a furnace when I arrived, never really cooled down enough to be conducive to sleep. No screen on windows. Security door lock was missing one piece to properly secure door. I found it up in the closet. Light in bathroom turned out on me while I was having a relaxing bath. I was out in second building, which I was unaware existed. Found it noisier, felt less secure (due to not being able to properly secure the door), more people walking around outside the building than my last stay.

Everything about my room was good but of the guest who were above my room that stayed awake all night and making loud noises and as such, I wasn’t able to get a good sleep.

There was no telephone in my room. I had to go to the reception to tell them what I needed

Close to the soccer event I was attending.

Room Smelt like smoke and cannabis. several light fixtures were burnt out or not working 2 beside the bed one by the tv and one in the bathroom. Bed was lumpy and pillows smelt awful. Broken/ missing cupboard doors.
