Staff is very friendly but only one person I met speaks English. If you late for arrival they will wait for guests. Hotel located near airport but if you inside you almost don't hear planes landing. Most planes flying overhead in evening and morning hours. Car wash across street. McDonald and KFC near by. Breakfast is OK. Plenty room on parking. Outside hotel is clean, lot of flowers.

This hotel has a pleasant and helpful staff. Its restaurant is better than average. Being quite close to a major international airport is a two-edged sword -- both a convenience and a nuisance (noise).

Hotel was worth its price, wasnt buckingham palace, but the hotel manager made up for it Couldnt ask for a more helpful person especially as the hotel is in a very french enviroment with little english spoken. Hotel is a 5min walk to the train station ideal if you want to go into Paris. Hotel food was good too.

The hotel is about a 25 Euro cab ride from CDG and is located in the middle of an industrial park. There are no staff on site during the night until about 7 am. Hotel is clean and comfortable, although does suffer from being on the final approach to CDG, which at 1 am can be a little problematic. The staff were great and booked our taxi to the airport in the morning and returned a camera we had left in the room.

We stayed at the Bagatelle after two weeks in the south of France, so that we could visit Parc Asterix. The hotel was easy to find. We had booked a family room, which had a double and two full sized singles. The beds were clean and comfortable. Unfortunately, as we were visiting at the weekend, the restaurant was closed, although it did look nice, and the menu reasonable. Luckily there are several chain restaurants on the other side of the roundabout. The receptionist was particularly helpful. We asked if there was any information on Parc Asterix and he printed info from the internet for us. He also recommended some excellent wine, and seemed very knowledgeble on the subject. The buffet breakfast (not included in the price of the room) was good value for money, especially as there was no charge for the children! This is a basic, but good, clean hotel in a convenient location. You can catch a train into Paris and Parc Asterix is less than 15 minutes away.

extremely problematic to get to this place by transit (train) regardless of the proximity to CDG. Other option to pay one way around 20euros??? for cab.....

Obviously a hotel past its prime - while the beds were acceptable (but hard!), the ceiling in our room had MOLD growing in two corners. In addition, the shower reaked of MOLD so bad that we had to keep the door shut!!! Not what we expected based on the "recent renovation in 2010" and pictures. The area also did not give us much security - French police were everywhere.
