Staff were very responsive (but ineffective for a/c), room was large, location (near restaurants, shops, public transport) ideal.

We were there about 5 nights (a couple of tourists). We found the airconditioning poor. It became too warm in the middle of the night; this could only be fixed (not by in-room controls) but EACH night when we were there, by a phone call at around 2am to Reception. Staff there fixed it remotely but then by about 6am, the temperature had crept up. The windows did not open. When we complained to staff several times no-one could rectify this problem; they were also not keen for us to move rooms..
