"Homeless people fighting in the hallways and outsi"

When it rains, no cable power goes out every other day. Staff is horrible. Check in receptionist everyoneโ€™s a manager. Fourth floor smells like cigarettes AC donโ€™t work in the room. Toilet takes a long time to flush. Maintenance guy tries to bust in the door at 11 oโ€™clock.
