Beachfront location.

Room was updated and very comfortable. Ocean View was amazing

my colleagues who I paid for to stay, had very average rooms. One couple moved rooms and got beside someone who smoked.

The bed sucked. The tv didn't work. And it smelled like cigarettes.

Location staff were nice

It is right in front of the beach. Great view from our 6th floor room. Even though it was dark, rainy and cold and windy the two days we were there, the sun came out the last day as we were leaving. Very clean and comfortable beds. Very friendly and professional front desk personnel. Parking is included, parking garage right next to the property. Our place was like a very small apartment with everything that we needed. It has a kitchenette, dishwasher and regular size refrigerator, beach towels, a sofa bed, two tvs.

Difficult to open the door to our room. The pictures on booking did not look the same as the actual place.

The location is great. The view from the balcony is something I don’t think anyone would mind waking up to.

The beds are really uncomfortable and noisy. Couldn’t just get in the bed without it sounding like a piece of furniture being moved. The no smoking at all even outside is kind of stupid. You’re outside so why does it matter? Then to say you will be charged $500 for smoking outside is absurd. I 100% agree no smoking in the rooms but how can you tell people not to smoke outside or you will be charged $500. The people who clean need to do a better job. The bathroom was nasty. The lady at the front desk, Ms. Shoemaker was super nice and friendly!
