"Loved everything there just kinda sad that the hot tub was not there like in the pictures"

I liked the location and the staff was very polite

On booking.com it showed that the hotel had a hot tub and heated pool, however there was no hot tub and the pool was cold.

The pool and the cinnamon roll

The toilet exploded while I was using the bathroom so I’m very disappointed about the toilet exploding and it was feces in urine everywhere and then a second room I get deviated and worked and it was thinking and I wish I could just get another room at a different hotel thank you
