Die Lage ist fantastisch 😍. Alles war sehr sauber, großzügig und modern. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Auf dem Balkon hatten wir wunderbar Sonnenschein. Der Vermieter reagiert super schnell auf Anfragen über WhatsApp. Er ist super freundlich und hat uns alles gut erklärt und Tipps gegeben. Die 2 Bäder sind natürlich auch gut 👍 Wir sagen Dankeschön 🌺 Absolute Empfehlung.

Angenehm wären in den Badezimmern noch 2 Haken um etwas aufzuhängen. Ablagefläche wäre auch toll. Das hat uns ein wenig gefehlt. Aber das sind Kleinigkeiten 🤗

"Un acierto el apto y Teruel. Calidad y ubicacion."

Perfecta ubicación y fácil acceso desde donde aparcamos (estación de autobuses). El propietraio aporta información útil antes de llegar. Piso más que adecuado, con dos habitaciones con dos cómodas xamas cada una. El sofá-cama es amplio, cabrían 2 personas sin problemas. Perfecto para un peque. La cocina muy bien, con todo lo necesario. Un baño con lavabo y ducha y otro con WC y lavabo. Así no hay peleas. Sin duda un acierto, en pelna Plaza del Torico. Muy repetible.

Por ponerle una pega, su gran virtud (ubicación) supone una pega ya que al estar en pleno centro se "sufre" la presencia de gente en la plaza, y a la noche puede haber ruido de la calle. A tener en cuenta si se es de sueño ligero. Ahora bien, todo lo demás compensa.
