"Worst service and booked some thing and provided some thing."

Nothing likes

Booked one not allocated.. provided the keys and not opening and said, some one existed already. Allocated another room … very very bad smell and one king size bed instead of 2 queen and said. No rooms. Said, smelly then allocated king size bed room instead 2 queen. How they got another room.. really worst service and don’t expected.

The staff were very nice and very personably. I did not have a complaint. We weren’t really bothered by anybody and when we needed things, there were always people stepping to help.

"Comfy Beds & Pillows"

SUPER COMFY beds & pillows, that’s always my favorite part!

Bathroom is super small, breakfast wasn’t as good as other Holiday Inn’s we’ve stayed at, they were out of a lot of the essentials; toothpaste, shaving cream, etc at the front desk. They really need to upgrade their TV’s at this location & get the smart TV’s.

Staff were great. Both mornings the breakfast was mostly out of everything so that was disappointing. But otherwise the beds were comfortable & shops were close
