La cortesia dello staff alla reception, la colazione abbondante con scelta tra dolce e salato e un buon rapporto qualità/prezzo.

Il parcheggio sotterraneo troppo stretto ho dovuto fare troppe manovre per uscire al limite senza strisciare la macchina, l'ascensore rotto ci ha visti costretti fare le scale con i bagagli.
