Residence Le Terrazze

This place is amazing. First off the staff are exceedingly accommodating, friendly, happy, kind and cannot do enough to make your stay as enjoyable as possible. The facilities are beautiful. Lovely pool and sun bathing area. The setting is peaceful, with views over the landscape and sea that allow beautiful sunsets to be captured. There is a free regular shuttle bus that takes you into the town of Sorrento which is a wonderful additional bonus. Honestly cannot fault anything about this establishment. At all. Don't want to leave and will definitely return. ❤️

hotel is so so so far from the center and the sea , you have to use the shuttle bus which is every hour and wont wait for you for minute , cant use a taxi qoz it is expensive , breakfast is so basic . we werent able to do activities due to the location

Es hat uns alles sehr gut gefallen. Wir wollten erst direkt in Sorrent ein Hotel buchen, da wir einen ganzen Tag auf Capri verbringen wollten und somit direkt am Hafen gewesen wären. Haben kein passendes für uns gefunden. War gut so. Das Hotel Le Terrazze hat unsere Erwartungen voll übertroffen. Sehr freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal in allen Fragen. Der Bus nach Sorrent fährt ab 7 Uhr 45 Stündlich bis spät in die Nacht. Es hat wunderbar funktioniert, direkt vor der Haustür. Die Zimmer waren funktional, sauber und mit einer kleinen Küche eingerichtet. Essen konnte man sich liefern lassen, daß über das Freundliche Personal bestellt wurde. Fußläufig ist aber auch ein Restaurant zu erreichen. Das Beste, ein kleines Italienisches Frühstück gab es gratis. Auch die Preise an der Bar , sind moderat. Alles in allem, eine SUPER, tolle Unterkunft mit einem echt tollen Preis Leistungsverhältnis. Wir waren so positiv überrascht. Man kann von hier aus überall gut hinkommen. Hätten wir das im Vorfeld gewusst, hätten wir uns das teure Hotel direkt an der Amalfiküste gespart und wären hier länger geblieben. Ach, auch Wäsche wurde kostenlos gewaschen., Parkplatz sicher mit Überwachung und Ruhig war es auch. Vielen Dank .❣️

Staff cordiali è disponibile per qualsiasi richiesta e pronti a soddisfare il cliente , camere complete ben arredate con vista meravigliosa, diversi servizi disponibili come il servizio navetta x spostarsi fino a Sorrento, servizio lavanderia, colazione ottima e abbondante, piscina sempre pulita e curata,

The room and bathroom were very simple and very basic. There was not even a toilet paper holder. Also while we appreciated the included shuttle service to Piazza Tasso, if the times didn’t line up with when you needed to leave/return to the hotel then an uber or taxi would cost between $58-90USD one way.
